League matches

Teams will be selected the week before matches, if players are unable to make the matches they must notify the team manager in plenty of time to ensure a replacement can be found.

Travel and Meeting

Players need to be at the venue at least 20 minutes before the start of games to allow full warm-up and court organisation. Please let us know how you will be travelling to the venue.  The venue has a fully operational cafeteria and is comfortable for spectators.

The venue is Shrewsbury Sports Village, Sundorne Road, Shrewsbury.

Kit

Playing kit (skirt and top) will be provided but track suits can be hired or purchased via the club (£15 hire fee or £30 purchase).

Players should bring warm clothing such as track suits, warm jackets, gloves and a hat as some matches will be played outside and in the cold. We recommend that during the winter months players wear a long sleeved, black thermal top under their match kit.

Please also ensure that you bring plenty to drink and energy snacks.

Cost

A match fee of £2.50 will be charged to cover costs of entering the league.
